This Ground floor extension and loft conversion to a Victorian terraced property in South London created a larger kitchen space along with an additional master bedroom and en-suite.

The client had a limited budget however the new additions succesfully created a coherent ground floor plan connecting lounge, dining and kitchen spaces together and the loft conversion created a generous double bedroom which met the brief requirements.
