This full width rear extension and loft conversion in Winchester was the first built project to be completed by Seth White Architects back in 2007.

The open plan arrangement provides natural light and views throughout the ground floor level and the the crisp Balthaup kitchen and large format tiles provide a cool, minimalist interior.

​

The open plan arrangement continued to the upper floors which was approved through the installation of one of the UK's first residential sprinkler systems.
