FIR ISLAND,
BOYS & GIRLS NURSERY

Planning approval was received in 2025 for the conversion and extension of Fir Island into an 80 place children's nursery for Boys & Girls Nursery group. Our proposals will bring much needed life into this dilapidated old property that has been previously been divided into a number of self-contained units. The facades will be restored to their former beauty and our sensitively designed extension will connect the old and new elements seamlessly. 

We are currently developing the detailed design packages with the intention for site works to commence at the end of 2025.
