Planning approval was granted in March 2023 for this contemporary, new build home on The Midway in St Albans.  Our scheme is a low carbon design which includes sustainable components such ICF wall construction, an air source heat pump, photovoltaic roof panels, an electric car charging port and a Mechanical Ventilation & Heat recovery unit.

We are currently developing he detailed design of the project and look forward to starting works on site later this year!
