This new build project in Chiswell Green replaced a dilapidated bungalow, breathing fresh life into the site. With the aim of expanding the usable area, the existing structure was dismantled, paving the way for a new, carefully designed construction.

Aligning with the prevalent semi-detached bungalow theme on the street, our design maintained a consistent front appearance while significantly increasing the building footprint toward the rear. A discreet crown roof, hidden from the streetscape, allowed for an expansive rear wing, providing accommodation on both ground and first floors.

Chamfered Zinc gables and dormers adorn the front and rear, harmonising with dark brickwork that extends seamlessly into the Living room feature wall, contributing to the property's contemporary aesthetic.

The ground floor features an entrance hallway, study, bedroom with En-suite, WC, utility room, and an open-plan kitchen/dining/living area, flowing out onto the rear garden. The upper floor hosts an additional bedroom, a bathroom, and the Master Suite, complete with a walk-in wardrobe, En-Suite, and a Juliet balcony offering scenic views of the garden. This project not only revitalises the space but also integrates modern design elements into the neighbourhood’s architectural fabric.
