SWA are delighted to gain planning approval today for this exciting renovation project in Chiswell Green, St Albans.
The project consists of a two storey side extension, loft conversion and single storey rear extension along with internal remodelling.
The new front elevation remains sympathetic to the existing 1920’s character of the building however the rear elevation has a much more contemporary appearance.
Crittal doors and windows are to the installed throughout and the chamfered Zinc dormer and Ground floor ‘fold’
create a sleek contemporary aesthetic.
Corner sliding doors and folding windows will open up the kitchen/ diner space and provide fantastic views into the newly landscaped garden beyond.
We are really looking forward to seeing this project progress on site with Revamp Improvements.
